Refund Policy

At Sharp Dresser, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
 

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags and original packaging
     

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to misuse
     

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
